The Black Prince is a faction in Pandaria consisting of Wrathion and his underlings. The quest rewards from this faction are impressive such as legendary gems with +500 agility or +500 strength or +500 intellect.
Beware though, some of these gems only fit in Sha-touched sockets. And these sockets are only found on weapons from Grand Empress Shek’zeer in Heart of Fear and Tsulong, Lei Shi and Sha of Fear in Terrace of Endless Spring. Other legendary gems do fit in any sockets.

Of course, you know of Heirlooms. You can buy them for honor points, justice points, champion’s seal, Darkmoon Prize Tickets and others. If you are in a guild and it has the necessary levels and achievement, you can buy heirloom for gold.
Now, in Cataclysm, Blizzard introduced Archeology Heirlooms. Well, they are not really heirlooms like the one we are used to: they don’t scale with your level. They don’t give extra XP and they will demand a certain level.

Being a farmer can be a very good thing. You can grow vegetables, that you can use to cook with or just to sell on AH. Since many of the feasts available use 50 or 100 of a kind of vegetable, there is, on some realms, a very good market for them. My farmer is becoming very rich because of that.
Besides, when your reputation is high enough, you can harvest spirits of harmony, ghost iron, enchanting mats, etc. Also when you work up your reputation, your garden is evolving from four parcels to up to 16 parcels. It gives you a lot of possibilities.

The Tillers are more than just a faction. Usually, you get exalted with a faction and that’s it.
It is not the case with the Tillers. They are farmers and for what is about 10 of them, you can work your reputation with each one of them.
They will all give you some (mostly cosmetic) improvements to your ranch and/or send you something in the mail.
