Mogit – an Addon for Transmogrification

Transmogrification has been a hit in WoW. It is still subject to many (too many, too) restrictions.

It can be difficult to find an adapted set and what is going with what. Of course, you can check different pages out, like http://transmogfashion.tumblr.com or such, but if you have a male dwarf and you see the set on a female blood-elf, you might get a bit surprised when you see the result (after grinding for months in different dungeons to get all the pieces of the set).

What About Working on a Twink F2P?

You might know it, but you can actually have a free WoW account. A so called “F2P” (Free to Play) account.

Now, a Free to play account has some conditions: You can get to level 20 maximum. You can’t receive or send mail. You can only own a maximum of 10 gold. You can only get quests to level 23 and a couple of other things.

However, you can actually have fun with a free to play account and even make a really bad-ass twink which will get a bunch of achievements.

Want to try?

WoW of Botticelli

You might know The Birth of Venus, from the great renaissance painter, Sandro Botticelli. A really nice painting actually.

Well, this has inspired Blizzard so you can get your own “birth in a shell”: You appear naked in a big sea-shell, just like The Birth of Venus. The only thing you have to do, is to kill a mob. 100 % drop rate and easy soloed.

Communicating With The Horde/Alliance

When I’m playing on a PVP realm, it ads an extra dimension to the game, when you see a member of the opposite faction in your area. At the moment, I play mostly alliance, and a while ago, I was with my night elf Laylael in Icecrown. I was questing and trying to take down the commanders and scouts, when I saw a level 80 horde near me. Shivers… Would he kill me? I was already weakened by the fight with the elite commander.

No, in fact, he helped me, and then he gave me lots of hugs. And since horde and alliance cannot speak with each other, there’s only one way to go: Emotes.
