That is in fact possible, if you twink your AH char.
Those level 1 twinks used to be more powerful earlier. Nowadays, there are more limitations to what gear they can use and the abilities a level 1 have.

One way to name him or her would be to take your own real name, say Hugo, and add “bank” to it.
Bingo: Hugobank
Not very original, and not the method I suggest you use.
And no, I don’t recommend that you use your main character’s name either and add bank or AH.
That’s not a name. That’s a description.

Leveling without questing? Yes, that’s possible.
Of course, it’s fun to have a low-level character. I love to create a new alt from time to time myself, just for the joy of being low level again and do easy quests.
However, sooner or later, you’ll want to level up.
Questing works fine… You get experience points (XP) by killing mobs and especially for turning in quests. But if you’re like me then you also get tired of questing and want to do something else.
